Why Hot Tubs you may ask?.
We
had owned a hot tub for many years and 5 years ago we thought that we
needed to upgrade so off we went with money in our pocket on a sunny
Sunday afternoon with the intention of by the end of the day owning a
new spa.
We
visited quite a number of showrooms that day and grew increasingly
frustrated by each one, People were rude, not interested, didn't know
what they were on about, didn't know the product and kept trying to sell
us something that we knew we couldn't afford or didn't want.
After
2 weeks of looking we gave up and it wasn't until we went to a trade
show for the electrical industry where we were offered a spa for a good
price by a good company. We had our Spa.

and I sat down and thought if someone could offer the customer the
complete service including electrics and even the laying of a base if
required and sell them the Hot Tub that's right for them and not just
the one with the highest margin then they would be on to a winner
So that's exactly what we did and Complete Spas was born
