ONLINE ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you place your order online, you will receive an email with your confirmed delivery date within 1 working day. (Please check your junk mail if nothing is received after 1 working day).
We will endeavor to deliver your order within 3 working days or later if you request at the time of placing your order. This timescale assumes all of the items ordered are in stock and available for delivery.
In the case of any item(s) ordered being out of stock, we will contact you to discuss the lead-time, which is usually no longer than 7-10 days.

DELIVERY COSTS
We offer a very cost-effective delivery service for the whole of the UK.
To calculate the delivery cost to your home, please enter the first half of your postcode into the carriage calculator on the right of the screen. The screen will refresh and the cost will be displayed at the bottom of the box, (you will need to scroll back down to view the box once the page has refreshed).
If you are shown to be outside of our standard delivery zones, (approximately 40 miles from our centre) we can still deliver but you will need to call us on 01564 702314 for a quotation.

All delivery costs will be displayed once you enter the checkout area before you confirm your order.

FREE DELIVERY
Where an item qualifies for free delivery or delivery is included within the price show, (such as our sheds and garden structures) the product listing will be clearly marked to show this.
Our standard delivery charges will apply to any other products added to your order.

SHEDS & GARDEN STRUCTURES
1.Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
2.Our sheds and structures are part-built before delivery, (each section is constructed here at Earlswood) so you must ensure good, clear access with a minimum clearance height of 7’ and length equal to the longest length of your structure is available to deliver your product to the area it is to be erected.
Please contact us for a quick home visit prior to placing your order if you are at all unsure.
3. A suitable flat & level base must be in situ to avoid additional costs for leveling your structure and to validate your warranty.
We can install a new base for you, please contact us on 01564 702314 for a free quotation.
4. Missed fitting appointments will be charged at a flat rate of £100 inc. vat.
Please give as much notice as possible, with a minimum of 2 clear days, if you suspect you will not be able to make the agreed date and/or time.
5. All Earlswood sheds and garden structures are made to order. This ensures you get the very best product, made using brand new materials and not something, which may have been sitting in storage for a long length of time and become weathered or warped.
The average waiting time for a shed or garden structure is up to 4 weeks from the date of order during our peak times. Once your order is received, we will contact you to discuss the exact waiting time with you or you may contact us now on 01564 702314 to check before you place your order.

PAVING & WALLING
1. For your convenience, our online range of multi-sized paving products, (such as Sandstone paving) are sold per sq.m.
Simply enter the total area in sq.m you need to cover, (we recommend you allow an extra 5% for off-cuts and damages) and we will do the rest to supply you with the correct mixture of sizes to create a random patio pattern.
We can also supply single-size or specific quantities for many paving products. Please contact us on 01564 702314 for more information.
3. Our online range of utility paving products are sold per piece.
Simply enter the number of each size you require.
4. We offer a split-pack service on almost all our paving products*, which means you only need to order the amount you require and not multiples of full packs.
Our online range is very limited so please contact us if you can’t find what you want.
*A small charge may apply for orders of less than one full pack.

DELIVERY DATE & TIME
We are not bound by any delivery date or time put forward by you at any time.
There is an option to leave a preferred delivery date and/or time at the checkout and we strongly advise you to book your delivery for the day prior to when you plan to use the materials. Please allow a minimum of five clear working days when booking a preferred delivery date to avoid disappointment.
We do not require anyone to be present to complete your delivery. You may leave instructions for the driver during the checkout process if there is a particular area where you would like the products to be left or if your address is difficult to find.
Our delivery service is kerb side only and our delivery drivers are not authorised to deliver items to the rear of your property.
Our standard local deliveries run Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm and Saturday 8:30am-4:30pm.

DIRECT LOADS
Direct deliveries of Soils, Sands & Aggregates are made on very large, articulated tipper vehicles direct from the quarry. In addition to our standard delivery terms and conditions, you will need to ensure there are no overhead obstacles that may prevent the tipper vehicle from completing the delivery, including trees, telephone cables and/or any other objects.
You will still be charged if the delivery cannot be completed due to poor access or if there are overhead obstacles preventing the tip.
