GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Once you place your order online, you will receive a confirmation email with your delivery date. The booking system is only staffed Monday-Friday so any order placed at the weekend will be confirmed on Monday morning. We will endeavour to deliver your order within 3 working days or later, if you request at the time of placing your order.
This timescale assumes all of the items ordered are in stock and available for delivery. In the rare case of any item(s) being out of stock, we will contact you to discuss the lead time, which is usually no longer than 7-10 days.

FREE DELIVERY
Some items qualify for free delivery, such as sheds and outdoor living products, (BBQ’s, Patio Heaters etc) and will be clearly marked when this applies. Please note that these items will be delivered by our own team, not Royal Mail as stated by our checkout system.

SHEDS & GARDEN STRUCTURES
All Earlswood sheds and garden structures are made to order only.
This ensures you only get the very best product made using brand new materials and not something, which has been sitting in storage that may have become weathered or even warped if not stored in perfect conditions.
The average waiting time for a shed or garden structure can be up to 4 weeks during our peak times. Once your order is received, a member of the team will be in contact to discuss the exact waiting time with you or you may contact us now on 01564 702314 to check before you place your order.

PAVING & WALLING
We have what is believed to be one of the largest stocks & displays of Paving & Walling products in the Midlands with over 100 different products on display and even more in stock from top quality suppliers including Stonemarket, Pavestone & Stoneflair. We keep a huge amount of these products in stock at all times but most items can be made available within 7-10 days if not in stock.

DELIVERY COSTS
To calculate the delivery cost of bulk items, (anything over approx. 4kg) please enter the first half of your post code into the carriage calculator on the right of the screen. The screen will refresh and the cost will be displayed at the bottom of this box. Any small items purchased will be charged at the current Royal Mail rates.
All delivery costs will be displayed once you enter the checkout area before you confirm your order.

DELIVERY TIMES
If you have a requirement for your delivery to arrive at a set time, please contact us to discuss your delivery needs. If no prior arrangements are made, your delivery will arrive between 8:30am–5:00pm on the day confirmed by us.
We do not require anyone to be present to complete your delivery. You may leave instructions for the driver during the checkout process if there is a particular area where you would like the products to be left or if your address is difficult to find. Please note that our delivery service is kerb side only. Our delivery drivers are not authorised to carry items to the rear of your property so please speak to us prior to placing your order or make alternative arrangements if this is required.
Our standard deliveries run Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm and Saturday 8:30am-1pm.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend you plan to have your products delivered the day before you need them.

TERMS OF DELIVERY
Our deliveries are based on Kerb Side only. Our crane vehicles have a reach of approximately 10' so we can reach over to most driveways or gardens but the vehicles are not permitted to leave the public highway without written consent from the property owner to accept full liability for any potential damages caused by the vehicle, however caused. Before accepting this agreement, please remember that our vehicles are extremely heavy and contain many moving parts using oil so the chance of damage being caused to your property is very high.

When we deliver we ask you to ensure that all approach roads and access points are suitable. If you do not do so, you may still be charged for any costs or expenses we incur. Please contact us if you are at all unsure.
We reserver the right, allbeit in exceptional circumstances, to make delivery of your goods by instalments.

DIRECT LOADS
Direct deliveries of Soils & Aggregates are made on very large, articulated tipper vehicles. You will need to ensure there are no overhead obsticles that may prevent the tipper vehicle from completing the delivery, including trees, telephone cables and any other objects. You will still be charged if the delivery can not be completed due to poor access or if there are overhead obsticles preventing the tip.
Prices shown are based on deliveries within a 10 mile radius of our site, (B94 5JU). Deliveries outside of this area may be charged at a higher rate, please contact us for advice prior to placing your order if you are at all unsure.
