Dear Sirs,
I really feel I have to write regarding your staff.
They are the most pleasant helpful people you could ever wish to deal with. I work in (EDIT: A large high end retail store) and know how quick people are to complain about the slightest of things, but to put pen to paper to praise is another matter.
My Mother and Father recommended I deal with yourselves as they had a shed built by you a couple of years ago and were absolutely delighted with it.
I moved into the above property which was new but neglected as empty for two years.
My father has been doing a lot of work on the front garden and has been advised by one of your staff called Russell. My father is not a DIY expert but thanks to the help and advice my father received, he has managed to do a perfect job. I am thrilled that I have something completely different which looks so professional without having to pay a fortune. I told my father what I wanted, he explained to Russell and he gave him alternative ideas which have worked perfectly. Even the guy that delivers the product is so helpful, ringing before he arrives and being very polite and helpful.
I have another delivery coming on Monday and want to say a big thank you to all your staff for the wonderful advice, and personal service given to me. I will certainly recommend Earlswood Nurseries to all my friends.

Dear Steve,
Just a line to say how delighted I am with the fence and gate that your company fitted for me last week.
Not only did the men arrive on the date and at the time specified but they didn't stop working from start to finish. The standard of work, (as usual) is excellent.
Earlswood Nurseries have done a number of jobs for me now, from landscaping the gardening, putting in drainage for the back garden and fitting the double gates to garage area. All to you usual high standard.

Dear Mr White
On behalf of the PTA and Tanworth Primary School, I would like to thank you for supporting our recent purchase of 3 picnic tables. These now take pride of place in our junior playground and are being used by the children at lunchtimes for 'al fresco' dining as well as for outdoor classroom sessions. They had their first use at our Summer Festival last Saturday - this was a live music event which attracted several hundred visitors, most of whom brought picnics!
It means a lot to the PTA to have supporters amongst the local business community, especially in the current economic climate when we are finding that fundraising is particularly challenging. Your generosity in this regard is most appreciated.

Dear Russell, This is just a quick note to let you know how brilliant your delivery guys were when they delivered the Giraffe sculpture on Saturday.
I had been having sleepless nights thinking about how I was going to move it the 20 metres from the nearest drop point across uncultivated, muddy ground. I had visions of calling in an army of helpers, but your two chaps did the job.
It is unusual to find people who are willing to do that little bit extra. It would have been easy for your two men to simply drop the statue off the vehicle and leave, and if I'm honest, that's all I expected. But when I told them where its final resting place would be and showed them the rudimentary equipment available to achieve the task, their response was "No Problem!". And, as it happened, with their help, this is exactly what it was.
Forgive me for not knowing their names, but they are both to be commended for thier positive approach and friendly demeanour. They are a credit to themselves and their attitude can only serve to show Earlswood Nurseries in an extremely positive light.
Once again, many thanks for an excellent service.

Hi, We have just purchased a bulk gravel bag, some gravel boards, some slabs, weedgard and some plastic lawn edging.
We would highly recommend these products & Earlswood Nurseries to anyone who wants quality gravel or any of the other vast products at affordable prices.
The staff at Earlswood Nurseries in the shop, service counter and yard were extremely helpful and were able to answer any questions about various gardening jobs, taking the stress out of shopping for the right products for our garden, unlike some other 'garden centres' we have visited.
I must add that the delivery was next day and the driver was also cheerful, helpful and polite.
All in all a very good experience for us.

Dear Steve, Just a note to say a big thank you for the beautiful crab apple which you donated for our ceremony 'Still In Our Hearts'. The ceremony was very moving and a great source of comfort and strength for our bereaved parents. The tree looked perfect and will be planted in Cannon Hill Park, where last year's acer is thriving. Dear Everyone, I would like to say a belated thank you to you all for my lovely new shed. I had been to various outlets & garden centres before my son suggested you. It was all done on the telephone - I didn't even visit your premises - but you knew exactly what I wanted. From taking down the old shed to putting up the new one and leaving it in "working order" was marvelous - all within 2 days and no rain! I will recommend you to my friends - and will know where to come to first next time. I wish you every success in the future.
