- We accept the return of goods within 30 days of purchase of order for refund or credit note, subject to proof of purchase. (i.e. Original Earlswood Nurseries Invoice/Receipt.
- All returned goods, whether originally delivered or collected, are subject to a 20% re-stock charge
- All returned goods must be as new , i.e. in a fully re-saleable condition
- Collection of returns will be at our discretion and a collection charge will always apply in addition to the 20% re-stock charge.
We do not accept the return of ANY of the following products:
- Cementicious Products ( Cement, Post Fix, Geofix etc)
- Products where the shelf life is out of date.
- Food & Drink.
- Turf.
- LPG Bottled Gas.
- Special or Non Stock Products either manufactured or special order i.e. non-stock.
- Full or Part full Bulk Bags.
- Rockery & Monoliths.
- Garden Sheds & Buildings.
- Greenhouses.
- BBQ's (when supplied directly to you from the manufacturer)
Where we have supplied an item other than the item ordered or agreed, we will collect the goods, replace or exchange any such goods, or refund the price paid.
This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer, which remain unaffected. Any monies due to be refunded to you by us will be so refunded as soon as reasonably possible, and in any case within 60 days.
