GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- A Loyalty Card application form must be fully completed.
- You will be informed in writing of your special terms where they are additional to these standard terms and conditions.
- Earlswood Nurseries Ltd reserve the right to withdraw or ammend any of these facilities without notice.
- Re-stock charges apply at 20% on returned goods.
- We reserve the right to refuse some returned goods e.g. damaged, cement, compounds, shelf-life sensitive.
- By completing the application form for an account or loyalty card you are opting in under the terms of the data protection act thus allowing Earlswood Nurseries Ltd. to hold your information and use it to develop business between our two organisations. This information will be stored securely and may be used to forward marketing information to you with respect to Earlswood Nurseries Ltd. only.
LOYALTY CARD TRADING TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Your loyalty card must be shown or number quoted prior to order/purchase.
- You will be provided with log in details which enable you to use the loyalty card on this website.
- You must sign your card on receipt
- We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity
- Your special terms will be applied to the order/purchase and shown on the invoice
- Your special terms will not apply to special offers, promotions, services offered by Earlswood Nurseries Ltd or Delivery Charges
- Full payment is due at the time of order or purchase
- Orders or purchases may be arranged and paid online using our website, by phone or at the counter 7 days-a-week.
- All goods remain the property of Earlswood Nurseries Ltd. until full payment is received
- You may pay by cash, credit/debit card or cheque.
- All cheques to be made payable to ‘Earlswood Nurseries Ltd.'
- We do not offer a Cash on Delivery Option
- Replacement cards will be charged at £5
- We reserve the right to revise Terms & Conditions without notice.
